We, the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, KNOW we make the best perogies in Manitoba… we are, after all, home to Hazelridge, the self proclaimed Perogy Capital of Canada. 

The real question is WHO HAS THE SECOND BEST PEROGIES IN MANITOBA????

 Our challenge:  Run your own perogy fest from March 25-April 9.

Invite your community to participate.  Voting takes place on your chamber website – which drove CRAZY traffic for us last year.

What you will get in return:

• Great publicity/ local media etc.
• An opportunity to create community cohesion
• Spotlight your restaurants, caterers, churches etc.
• Drive incredible revenue (we generated $30,000 in perogy sales in 2 weeks)
• Support Ukraine efforts (we asked each participant to donate 10% proceeds back to us, which we then amalgamated and made a lump sum donation of $3,000 to Red Cross.  This year will be the Manitoba Chapter of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress)
